Day 1: Travel to Mexico
Welcome to Mexico! Upon your arrival in Mexico City you will meet your Adventures Mexico tour guide and be transferred to your hotel. Be ready, this multi destination trip is about to begin!

Day 2 Basilica de Guadalupe –Teotihuacan
You will have a guided visit to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. After lunch, a short drive will take you to the ancient ruins and pyramids of Teotihuacan, also known as the City of the Gods. This is the most visited archaeological site in Mexico and the most important ancient city of the Aztec Civilization. To finish off you will have dinner and have an overnight in Mexico City.

Day 3 Anthropology Museum – Mexico City Tour
You will visit the National Museum of Anthropology, one of the finest anthropology museums in the world. You will learn about the ancient cultures of Mexico and have a walking tour of the city. You will visit the main Mexico City attractions which includes the Zocalo (or Plaza de la Constitución), the main square of the city, the National Palace, the Catedral Metropolitana and the Palace of Fine Arts. The rest of the day you will have free time to enjoy on your own.

Day 4 Flight to TGZ – Sumidero Canyon – Chiapa de Corzo – Transfer to San Cristóbal de las Casas
This day you will continue your travel by air to enjoy the best of Chiapas. You will flight to Tuxtla Gutierrez. Arriving, you will have a boat ride between the walls of the impressive Sumidero Canyon. You will discover exotic birds and if you are lucky you will point out a couple of crocodiles. Then you'll visit Chiapa de Corzo, a charming village founded in 1528 by Francisco de Mazariegos and its colonial fountain on Mudejar style. Finally, you will travel to San Cristobal de las Casas to have some rest.

Day 5 Chamula – Zinacantan – San Cristobal de las Casas city tour
Today, you will head to San Juan Chamula and Zinancantan, two very interesting Tzotzil Maya villages that still have their unique cultural identity. You will feel a magical atmosphere at these villages. After lunch, you will have a guided walking tour of San Cristobal. You will visit the Main Plaza or Zocalo and walk along cobbled stone streets to find the Santo Domingo Church and the colorful indigenous markets. This charming city with its colonial buildings is one of Mexico's favorites.

Day 6 Maya City of Palenque
Today, you will have a guided visit of Palenque. This ancient city is a striking testimony to create that perfect balance between nature and architecture. Palenque, was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1987and is best known for being the home of the King Pakal who made of this city one of the most prolific Mayan settlements. The Temple of the Inscriptions is the most iconic and best-preserved construction. After your visit, you will have some leisure time to enjoy on your own.

Day 7 Campeche
In the morning, you will continue your journey to Yucatan Peninsula. The first place you will discover is the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Campeche. Famous for being a fortified town, The Walled City of Campeche has an history full of battles against pirates. You will have the opportunity to visit one of the forts that is still well preserved: The Fort of San Miguel, where you will have a beautiful view of the sea. After lunch, you will have free time to enjoy this historic town walking through the colonial streets and visit the Malecón, the bay of Campeche.

Day 8 Uxmal – Mérida Walking City Tour
During the morning you will travel by bus to Merida, capital city of Yucatan. On your way, you will visit the Mayan archaeological site of Uxmal, the "three times built city". At Uxmal you will be impressed by the 115 feet high Pyramid of the Magician and the imposing Governor's house, a wonder of the ancient world for its precision and architectonic beauty. After that, you will continue the road to Mérida. Upon your arrival, you will check in at your hotel and enjoy a city tour around the main square where you will visit the Governor's Palace, The Cathedral (the oldest one in America) and some others top attractions; you will continue strolling down Paseo de Montejo Blvd to view its great mansions from last century. You’ll spend the night in Merida.

Day 9 Celestun – Merida
You will prepare to board the bus and go towards Celestun, home to one of the largest settlement of the Pink Flamingos on the continent. To visit them, you take a boat tour to learn about the importance of mangroves in the region. Back in Merida you will have leisure time to enjoy on your own.

Day 10 Chichen Itza – Cancun
You will continue your journey with a visit to the famous site of Chichen Itza. This important center combines majesty and nature. A guide will explain the splendid Castle and share with you the vast knowledge the Mayas used to have about the cosmos, math and science. There, you will find the biggest ball game court of the Mayan world. Finally, you continue to the most known place of Yucatan Peninsula: Cancun. You’ll staying there for an overnight and get ready for your flight back home.

Day 11 Hasta pronto Mexico!
Today, you will be transferred to the Cancun International Airport this morning and board your flight back home. You return with last memories of exotic landscapes, ancient cultures, and a wealth of new friends! Hasta pronto Mexico!
